  • the eggs

  • vegetable oil
    1 glass
  • milk
    1 glass
  • sugar
    1 glass
  • flour
    1 glass
  • cocoa
    4 tbsp
  • baking powder
    1 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar



  • Mix milk, sugar, cocoa and vegetable oil with a mixer. The resulting mixture is divided into two parts. In one of the parts add eggs, flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder and mix.
  • Lubricate the mold with oil, pour in the flour mixture and cook for 25 minutes, observing a temperature of 180 degrees. To ensure readiness, use a toothpick, if dry – the cake is ready.
  • Pour another part of the mixture onto a hot pie and leave overnight. Ready classic brownie portioned to cut and serve.
