We offer a unique recipe
pancakes of raw potatoes. The use of spices, which enhance
flavouring properties of our ready-made pancakes, very important for
true lovers of exotic ostrenko.
- Potatoes 600 g
- Yogurt 2.5% 250 ml
- Flour 5 tbsp
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Olive oil 3,5 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Marjoram dried 1 tsp
- Ground red pepper 1/3 tsp
- Dijon Mustard 2 tbsp
- Dried fennel 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 2/3 tsp
- Soda 1 tsp
- Chicken egg 3 PCs
- Ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
- Vegetable oil for frying 70 ml
How do we prepare potato pancakes with mustard and garlic? Make potatoes. The tubers are peeled, washed under running water and grate on a fine grater. Squeeze the excess potato juice. Put in a bowl.
Add to the potatoes yogurt (you can substitute kefir), eggs, lemon juice, salt, squeezed through press the garlic, mustard, and other spices and condiments in accordance with the list of ingredients. All is well mixed.
Wheat flour mixed with soda and introduced gradually into the potato mixture. Stir, gradually adding the olive refined oil. Mix again thoroughly. The dough for pancakes ready, it will be thickish.
