Homemade pancakes with custard dough

- Wheat flour 2,5 cups
- Cow’s milk 550 ml
- Boiling water 200 ml
- Chicken egg 2 PC.
- Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
- Refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Butter 100 g
How do we cook homemade pancakes with custard dough? Put chicken eggs and icing sugar in a saucepan.
Beat with a mixer well so that the mass becomes airy, with air bubbles.
Without stopping whipping, gradually pour the cow’s milk.
Sift the flour in advance, mix with the baking powder of the dough and gradually pour into the dough, without ceasing to beat it.
Pour boiling water into the dough. After mixing with a mixer, add refined oil and mix everything. So our tender pancake dough is ready.
We heat the pan, and before the first pancake, we still lubricate it with refined oil. Fry pancakes on both sides. We do not lubricate the pan with oil for all subsequent pancakes.
