Delicious pancakes for tea.
Especially good with sour cream.
- Corn flour 150 g
- Banana 1,5 PCs
- Water 200 ml
- Cow milk 50 ml
- Sugar 2,5 tbsp
- Chicken egg 2 PCs
- Butter 60 g
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Soda 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil for frying 100 ml
How do we cook delicious pancakes made of corn flour with bananas? For starters, begin to prepare the dough. Pour corn flour in an enamel bowl in it – the boiling water. Quickly stir, adding the butter.
In a separate bowl very quickly, mix sugar, salt, milk, eggs, soda.
The egg-milk mixture gradually pour in the corn batter. It has little foaming from the presence of soda.
Bananas (if small then two pieces) washes under running water, peeled and cut with a sharp knife into thin polyolene.
Polyolene throw bananas into the batter and mix very uniformly distributing them over the test volume.
Pour into the pan vegetable refined oil, heat well and fry our pancakes on medium heat on both sides. They must acquire a nice Golden-brown crust.
Put the first pancakes on paper towel to drained excess oil. Then distributable on the plate. Serve with sour cream or those delicious things, what would You most like. Bon appetit!
