Cottage cheese pancakes with lemon zest

amazingly gentle cheesecakes. Lemon zest favorably shades the curd flavor and
give syrniki sophistication.
- Cottage cheese 5% 400 g
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg 2 pcs.
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Granulated sugar 2 tbsp
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Vegetable oil for frying 100 ml
How do we cook delicious cottage cheese pancakes with lemon zest? In order for the cheesecakes to have a good shape and a decent appearance both in the pan and beyond, we wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve.
We spread chicken eggs, salt, sugar, lemon zest in the cottage cheese and mix well.
Now gradually add the wheat flour and continue to turn the dough into a homogeneous mass. At the end we pick up the dough with a spoon and with wet hands form the balls first, then flatten them into future round cheesecakes.
Breaded in semolina. And you can panin in wheat or corn flour.
We heat the refined vegetable oil in a pan and spread our billets. We set fire a little less than average. We fry a couple of minutes to a blush
… and flip. We keep the second side on the fire for the same amount.
We put our cheesecakes on a dish. Serve with sour cream or jam. Even without all this, they are very tender and tasty. Enjoy your meal!
P.S. If, when adding flour according to the recipe, the dough will seem liquid (this is affected by the size of the eggs, the amount of sugar, the properties of the flour), add more flour. The main thing is to add a little to the desired condition.
