A very interesting dish,

- Chicken fillet 300 g
- Salt 1/3 tsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Chicken egg 3 PC.
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp
- Ground black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Greenery 1 beam
- Sour cream 15% 3 tbsp
How do we cook the chicken in the dough? We start with the test. Mix the eggs and salt with a whisk.
Add here the black ground pepper, sour cream and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Then add the wheat flour through a sieve.
That’s right, with a whisk vigorously mix all the components. We get the dough for our chicken.
We wash the chicken fillet, dry it with napkins and cut it across into thin slices. We beat them, salt, pepper, roll in wheat flour and …
… dip in the dough.
Meanwhile, we heat the pan with refined sunflower oil. We spread the fillet pieces in the dough into butter. And fry until brown crust, which happens with pancakes.
We have prepared a large plate with paper towels. Put the finished things on them so that the excess oil is absorbed into the towels.
