Cheesecakes salted with zucchini and herbs

Cheesecakes can not be cooked
only sweet. They taste very good and are salty, with the addition of grated
zucchini and herbs.

  • For cheesecakes:
  • Cottage cheese 5% 350 g
  • Squash 300 g
  • Dill 1 beam
  • Green onion 5 feathers
  • Chicken egg 1 PC.
  • Granulated sugar 1 tsp
  • Wheat flour 5 tbsp
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
  • Vegetable oil for frying 100 ml

  • Ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
  • Granulated sugar 2 tbsp
  • Dried marjoram 1 tsp
  • Fresh green basil 5 leaves

    How do we cook delicious cheesecakes with zucchini and herbs? We wash the squash, peel and three on a coarse grater. Salt and leave for 20 minutes so that the zucchini gives off excess moisture. Then wring. Grind greens.
