Zucchini marinated under milk mushrooms

The recipe is simple and original at the same time. When there is a poor harvest of mushrooms or it is not possible to serve them, then you can amaze guests with such a snack and many may not understand that they are not eating milk mushrooms.

  • vinegar 9%
    1 glass
  • sugar
    6 tbsp
  • salt
    2 tbsp
  • ground black pepper

  • vegetable oil
    1 tbsp
  • garlic
    2 clove
  • parsley
    1 bunch
  • dill
    1 bunch


  • Cut the zucchini into slices (about 1 centimeter thick) so that it looks a little like chopped mushrooms. Stir the zucchini with black pepper, salt, sugar, sunflower oil, parsley, dill, vinegar and garlic, leave for 3 hours.
  • When time has passed, put the zucchini in prepared jars (sterilized). Then pasteurize the jars in hot water at the rate of a half-liter jar – 5 minutes. Roll up the marinated marinated squash, turn over and chill. Do not cover.


It is best to take zucchini already ripe so that the pulp is firm enough.
