  • chicken fillet

  • Cut the raw fillet into pieces. Then grind it in a blender until a creamy mass is formed. Pour salt and pepper to taste, add proteins. Add nutmeg if desired.
  • Pour cold cream into the minced meat, mix well. On a piece of plastic wrap, rectangular, put 1/3 of minced meat, wrap with sausage, fasten the edges with threads. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the minced meat.
  • This makes three sausages. Pour water into a saucepan, put on low heat so that the water does not boil. Put the sausages in the water and press them down with a saucer so that they do not float. Cook for about 1 hour.
  • Take out ready-made chicken sausages and cool. Remove the film. Spread special paper on the table, sprinkle it with seasonings or spices, you can use Italian herbs.
  • Put the sausage on the seasoning and wrap it in paper. Repeat this procedure with all sausages. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Serve the spiced chicken sausage in slices as a snack.
