  • Prepare brine: add sugar and salt to the water. Pour sugar and salt without a slide. Dissolve them either in cold water, or boil and then cool. Put the red fish in a freezer container.
  • Pour brine, cover with a plate and send to the freezer for 24 hours. Thaw until the ice is completely melted. Remove fish, rinse in water, dry with napkins and grease with vegetable oil. Red fish salted in the freezer is ready.
