Quince jam on plum broth

 

Ingredients:

  • quince 2 kg
  • plum broth 500g,
  • sugar 2kg
  • lemon juice half a lemon.

Cooking method:

Cut quince into small slices, add sugar, add plum broth and lemon juice. Cook in three stages of 20 minutes and pour into jars.
