Pickled mushrooms in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 75 ml vegetable oil
  • 40 ml vinegar 9%
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 apples
  • 5 peas black pepper
  • 5 peas allspice
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Cooking:

  • Prepare the mushrooms: wash, peel, chop, crush the garlic with a press, cut a quarter of the apple into three parts, put everything in the bowl of the multicooker, add spices, honey, vinegar, set the mode to “Steaming”, set the time to 10 minutes, the bowl will be 15 minutes heat up, and then the countdown will go, at the end of the pickled mushrooms in a slow cooker, cool, put in glass jars, put in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
