  • Wash the cucumbers and cut each lengthwise into four parts. Prepare dressing: mix granulated sugar with salt, ground pepper and dry mustard. Pour into cucumbers. Pour in vegetable oil, vinegar and water, mix again. Peel and chop the garlic, add to the main mass, leave for three hours.
  • Thoroughly season the cucumbers soaked in seasonings in small jars, pour the resulting marinade. Put the cans in the pan, cover the bottom with a towel. Sterilization time – 15 minutes after the start of boiling. Cover the containers with metal lids. Roll up ready-made cucumbers in mustard filling, turn over, wrap them with a blanket until they cool completely.
