  • Wash fresh dill, parsley, celery, sweet Bulgarian and chili peppers and remove the seeds. Peel the garlic. Pass all prepared foods through a meat grinder and mix. Wash glass jars well and pour over boiling water. Spread out the mass.
  • Wash the tomatoes, put them in a container with herbs, you can use brown, green and red fruits, but they should not be mixed in one jar. Large fruits can be cut into four parts.
  • To prepare the marinade, boil water with granulated sugar, salt, bay leaf, black peppercorns, table vinegar. Cool the mixture, pour the tomatoes and cover with plastic lids. Jars with tomatoes “Impossible to come off” shake and put in a cool room.


For cooking snacks, it is better to use medium-sized fruits. Marinade may need more than what is written in the recipe, it is better to make it with a margin.
