  • Rinse the mint leaves together with the stems, dry and cut. Finely chop the lemons together with the peel. Put both in a saucepan, cook for 10 minutes, leave for a day to infuse. Squeeze the mixture, filter, add granulated sugar and cook until tender, until thickened. Pour hot mint and lemon jam into sterile, steamed jars and roll up.
