  • Cut bananas and pineapple into pieces, place in a saucepan, add shavings, add sugar, pour in lemon juice and pineapple syrup, mix everything and bring to a boil.
  • Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then grind with a blender and simmer a little more. Homemade jam “Monkey Butter” can be served at the table.
