Homemade Chicken Ham

Ingredients:

  • a hen

  • gelatin
    25 g
  • dried dill

  • parsley
    & frac13; tsp
  • garlic powder

Cooking:

  • Cut whole meat from chicken carcass, cut into small pieces. Mix the meat with chopped parsley, garlic powder, dried dill, a mixture of peppers, ground paprika, sea salt and dry gelatin.
  • At the juice box, cut off the top, leave it like a lid. Fold the meat, squeeze, the mass should be sealed, close the “lid” and seal with tape.
  • Pour water into a large pot, put in a box, cook for one and a half hours from the very beginning of boiling. Turn off the fire, cool, put the box in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
  • When the meat mass hardens – cut the box and discard, ready chopped ham from chicken, serve, cut into slices.
