Grape and carrot jam - ReCiPes


  • 2 kg of grapes
  • 1 kg of carrots
  • 1, 900 sugar
  • 1 tbsp. boiled, chilled water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp citric acid
  • a pinch of caraway seeds

Cooking method:

The grapes were first covered with sugar and it stood for 2 days.
For 1 kg. Grape took 700 gr. Sahara.
I added 1 cup of water, boiled it for 5 minutes. and set aside almost a day.
Diced 1X1 cm carrot.
I added the remaining sugar and again boiled for 5 minutes.
Set aside for 12 hours.
Added cinnamon, citric acid and a pinch of caraway seeds and boiled for the last 5 minutes.
That’s what I did.
