Garlic Paste Snack

Garlic pasta is a good seasoning for any dishes, side dishes, fish and meat, vegetables. The hot mixture can be added to sauces, to butter for sandwiches.

    500 g
  • vegetable oil
    1,5 tbsp
  • salt
    1/2 tsp


  • Wash the collected young shoots of garlic thoroughly and cut off the hard part. Put on a paper towel to dry. Transfer the product to a blender bowl, salt, pour in vegetable oil, grind. It should turn out a beautiful paste of saturated emerald color. Put it in a container, freeze it.


The pasta can be twisted with bacon and used as a spread on bread with borsch or other soup.
