  • 1 kg fish fillet
  • 0.5 kg onions
  • 3 raw eggs
  • salt
  • seasoning to taste
  • dill greens
  • vegetable oil

Cooking fish roll:

Cut half the onion into rings and fry, and half leave raw. Skip the fish fillet through a meat grinder along with herbs and onions, raw and fried. No need to drain the oil. Add eggs, salt, spices to this mass, mix thoroughly.

Transfer the finished mass onto a greased sheet of foil, form a sausage, carefully wrap in foil, tucking the edges and put in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
