Structure:

  • fish – 500 g
  • carrots – 500 g
  • dried apricots or prunes – 250 g
  • onions – 100 g
  • mayonnaise – 250 g
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l
  • water – 50 g
  • bay leaf – 1 pc.
  • black pepper – 4-5 peas
  • salt.

Cooking Fish Cake:

Pour the vegetable oil into the mold, then lay the carrots grated on a coarse grater, mayonnaise, seedless prunes, fish fillet, sliced ​​into thin strips, salt and pepper to taste, finely chopped onion and layered again.

The top layer is carrots, then mayonnaise, peppercorns and bay leaves diluted with water. We put in the oven or on a very small fire. It will be ready no earlier than in an hour and a half (determined by the readiness of the carrots).
