  • vegetable oil
    1/2 cups
  • bulb onions
    3 heads
  • water
    12 tbsp
  • ketchup
    2 tbsp
  • salt

  • sugar
    1 tsp
  • ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp
  • vinegar 9%


  • Place all prepared components in a saucepan and boil. Cool the resulting marinade. Put fish in it. Clean for a day in the cold. At the end of time, you can eat homemade herring.
