- 500 g apricots
- 150-200 g Sahara
- 1/2 lemon

- Remove the seeds from the apricots, transfer to a bowl, fill with sugar, add juice from half a lemon, completely remove the valve for steam, otherwise the jam may “run away”.
- Set the “Baking” mode, cook apricot jam with lemon in the multicooker for 1 hour, do not forget to stir.
- Arrange the prepared jam in sterile jars, roll the lid, turn over, cover with a blanket, let cool, to improve the taste, you can add a handful of almonds to the bowl when cooking, if the jam is prepared as a preparation for the winter, then put the nuts directly in the jar.
