Strawberries and apples blend perfectly in this fragrant pink juice, an excellent source of antioxidants. If desired, chia seeds rich in dietary fiber, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, calcium and vitamins can be added to the drink. Squeeze the juice immediately before use, since during storage it loses a large share of its beneficial properties. In hot weather, add ice to juice and enjoy.

Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. peeled strawberries
  • 1 medium Red Delicious peeled apple and core
  • 1 tbsp. l chia seed (optional)



Recipe preparation:

  1. Squeeze the juice first from the strawberries and then from the apple, according to the settings of your juicer for each of these fruits. Stir in chia seeds if you use them, and let them swell for 5 minutes. Serve the juice immediately, adding ice if desired.
