For a summer holiday, prepare a large portion of natural homemade lemonade by tossing mugs of lemon into the jug for garnish. It contains only water, lemons and sugar. No flavors or colors! What you need to usefully cool off on a hot day. This lemonade tastes like a perfectly balanced, sweetened syrup, but you can adjust it to your liking by adding more lemon juice. Refrigerate only sugar syrup, which dissolves faster than regular sugar, and you can immediately serve lemonade in glasses with ice.

The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of:
1 glass (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp. L.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 tbsp. Sahara
  • 4 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • Ice, for serving

Cooking a recipe:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar with 4 tbsp. water and heat until the sugar dissolves and the syrup is hot. Let cool, then pour into a large beverage dispenser or pitcher. Add 8 l. cold water, lemon juice and lemon slices and stir. Refrigerate until completely cooled.
  2. Serve over ice.
