Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 strong mango peeled and pitted (about 2 tbsp pieces)
- 2 tbsp. pineapple slices
- 2 large juicy limes, peeled and white flesh
- 1 tbsp. l chia seed (optional)
- Squeeze the juice in the following order: mango, pineapple and lime, according to the settings of your juicer for each of these fruits. Stir in chia seeds if you use them, and let them swell for 5 minutes. Serve the juice immediately, adding ice if desired.
