Freshly squeezed juice from kiwi, watermelon and lime is filled with an invigorating taste and perfectly quenches thirst. Thanks to kiwi and lime, the juice is rich in vitamin C, which is so needed for immunity and beautiful skin. Drink it as soon as possible after squeezing, adding chia seeds, if desired, to make up for the missing fiber.

Amount: 1 cocktail
Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 kiwi peeled
- 1 and 1/4 Art. chopped watermelon
- 2 large juicy limes, peeled and white flesh
- 1 tbsp. l chia seed (optional)
- Squeeze the juice in the following order: kiwi, watermelon and lime, according to the settings of your juicer for each of these fruits. Stir in chia seeds if you use them, and let them swell for 5 minutes. Serve the juice immediately, adding ice if desired.
