3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 medium beets, trimmed and washed
  • 1 Granny Smith peeled and core apple
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled
  • 1 tbsp. l chia seed, optional



Recipe preparation:

  1. Following the instructions of the manufacturer of your juicer, squeeze the juice in the following order: from beets, from apples and from carrots. Stir in chia seeds if you use them, and let them swell for 5 minutes. Drink juice immediately, adding ice as desired.
