It is unlikely that any of the children or adults will refuse a cup of warming, thick and saturated hot chocolate. This dessert drink raises the mood with its aroma alone. Cook it by melting a mixture of semisweet and dark chocolate in milk, adding a little brown sugar, and pour into circles. To make the drink look festive, complete each mug with several toppings of your choice, for example, marshmallows, caramel canes, whipped cream, pieces of chocolate, or combine several types of topping.

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat, stirring, 3 tbsp. milk, 2 tbsp. l light brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until milk boils and sugar dissolves. Gradually add 110 g. chopped semisweet and bitter chocolate, stirring until it is completely melted. Cook, stirring occasionally, until smooth. This is a very thick European-style hot chocolate. Serve with mini marshmallows, mint canes, whipped cream, pieces of chocolate, coconut, or other toppings.
