Natural lemonade, complemented by Japanese matcha green tea, is even tastier, healthier and more invigorating. And its rich grassy color will not leave anyone indifferent. For two servings of lemonade you will need half of the lemon, which, together with the pulp, is whipped in a blender. Add a little sugar to balance the taste, and just one teaspoon of matcha powder to fill your drink with antioxidants and minerals. Lemonade is served with lots of ice and garnished with lemon slices.

The recipes use volumetric containers with the volume:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- Half a large lemon, peeled + 2 lemon slices
- 3 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1 tsp match powder
- Mix in a blender half a lemon, sugar and matcha together with 1 tbsp. water and 1 tbsp. ice cubes. Beat until smooth until the ice has almost melted and turns into a slush, about 2 minutes. Strain the mixture in a liquid measuring cup to remove all the bones and membranes of the lemon.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses, add ice and serve with straws and lemon slices.
