Carrots and oranges are perfectly combined with each other in this freshly squeezed juice, which raises the mood with its invigorating bright color and taste. It is an excellent source of vitamins C and K, as well as beta-carotene, the natural antioxidant our body needs. Optionally, chia seeds can be added to the juice, they will perfectly compensate for the lack of fiber and enrich your drink with omega-3 fatty acids. Drink freshly squeezed juice as soon as possible after squeezing to get the most benefit from it.
