But in this recipe for baby puree, spinach is superbly complemented by banana, natural yogurt and unfiltered apple juice. Mashed potatoes become even more healthy and acquire a sweet and creamy taste with light notes of greens. Use this combination not only for baby puree, but also for a nutritious smoothie and enjoy the whole family. Mashed potatoes can be stored for several days in the refrigerator, but it is best to eat freshly prepared, while it retains the maximum concentration of vitamins.

Grind in a food processor 340 gr. fresh spinach (cut stems hard), 2 peeled bananas and 1/4 tbsp. plain yogurt made from whole milk and unfiltered apple juice until smooth. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
Output: 1.5 tbsp.
