Banana Carrot Smoothie - ReCiPes

Ingredients:

  • carrot
    1-2 PC.
  • bananas
    1 PC.
  • natural yogurt
    1 glass
  • Apple juice
    1 glass

Yogurt

Cooking:

  • Cut carrots and banana into pieces, chop in a blender. Add juice and yogurt, mix. Pour into glasses and serve.
