Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. l ketchup
  • 0.5 tsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 slices of leaven bread
  • 2 slices of cheddar
  • 1 tbsp. l unsalted butter
  • 1 strip of bacon cut in half
  • 1 egg

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix ketchup with chipotle and spread on one side of each piece of bread. Put the cheese between the bread at an angle so that the edges hang down on the sides. Spread one slice of bread on the outside with half the butter. Heat the pan over medium heat.
  2. Put the sandwich in the pan with the oil down and squeeze. Press until the bread is browned and the cheese begins to melt. Lubricate the other side (the one on top) with the remaining butter and turn over. Fry until golden brown and until cheese is fluid. All this should take 3-4 minutes. Put the sandwich out of the pan.
  3. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it starts to become crispy, about 5 minutes. Turn the bacon over by placing two pieces next to each other to make a square. Break the egg on top. Continue frying until the eggs have frozen, for about 5 minutes. Open a sandwich (help yourself with a spoon) and insert fried eggs with bacon into it. Close the sandwich, cut and enjoy.
