From spicy leaf, or salad, mustard, you can cook a quick and tasty, and most importantly, useful side dish, which will suit any dishes of meat, poultry or fish. Its delicate leaves are prepared in a matter of minutes and absorb the aromas of other spices. First, fry the leaf mustard in garlic-flavored vegetable oil, and then simmer for a few minutes in a small amount of chicken stock. Granular mustard will give even more taste to a juicy side dish. Add it at the very end and serve the greens hot.

Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of:
1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.
1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 bunches of leaf mustard, cut and chop
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic
  • 1/4 Art. chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour vegetable oil into a large frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the garlic to the hot oil. Fry until soft and aromatic.
  2. Add leaf mustard. Salt, pepper and fry until it withers. Then add the chicken stock and mix. Raise the heat, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in granular mustard. Serve hot.
