Vietnamese kebabs-chicken satay - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Chicken fillet

    350 g

  • Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tsp.

  • Soy sauce, Sen Soy Premium

    3 tbsp.

  • Sauce SRIRACHA from Sen Soy Premium

  • Honey flower (liquid)

    1 tbsp

  • Onions

    2 tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 clove

  • Chilli

    1 PC.

  • Ginger fresh grated

    1 tsp.

  • Lemon juice

    2 tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 PC.

  • Cherry tomatoes

    4 PCs

    Chicken fillet cut into small square pieces (3*3 cm).

  • 2.

    Prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, fish sauce, grated ginger, chopped garlic and hot pepper (no seeds; can be ground in a blender), honey, lemon juice. All mix well.

    Pour the cooked marinade and mix well (preferably in gloves). Leave to marinate for 40 min.

    Strung meat on skewers; put in a preheated 230°C oven for 10 min.

    Serve kebabs with onion (cut into large squares), vegetables and spicy sauce, such as SRIRACHA sauce brand Sen Soy Premium. Bon appetit!
