Spicy chicken wings - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Chicken wings

    16 PCs.

  • Base/paste “KIMCHI” (KIMCHI) from Sen Soy Premium

    1 piece (80g)

  • Soy sauce, Sen Soy Premium

    4-5 tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1/2 tsp.

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Garlic

    4 slices

  • Red ground pepper

    1 tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    5 tbsp

  • FOR THE SAUCE

  • Celery

    1 PC.

  • Cream

    2 tbsp

  • Thick carrot juice with pulp

    3 tbsp.

  • Orange juice with pulp

    1 tbsp

  • Cottage cheese

    150 g

  • Cilantro

    1 sprig

  • Basil

    1-2 leaf

  • Vegetable oil for frying

    Chicken wings washed, cut extreme phalanx, cut the wings into two pieces (at the joints). Add the soy sauce Sen Soy Premium, and black pepper, mix everything and leave for 15-25 minutes to marinate.

  • 2.

    Then fry the wings in oil (or in a small deep frying pan with a large amount of vegetable oil heated – level 2 cm; fry batches) until Golden brown. Spread on a cloth/parchment to remove excess fat.

    In a saucepan pour the Foundation/paste “KIMCHI” (KIMCHI) from Sen Soy Premium(on medium heat). After half a minute, add the butter. When the butter has melted, add tomato puree/paste and paprika. Stir it carefully.

    In a minute the resulting sauce carefully mixed with fried chicken wings. Lay out beautifully on a dish. For spicy wings with the sauce and garnish.

  • 5.

    Prepare the sauce: grind in a blender the celery, Basil leaf, cilantro, cloves of garlic. Add chilled cream cheese. We mix it all together. Then carrot juice and cream. We mix it all together. Then add orange juice. We mix it all together. The sauce should have the consistency of sour cream.

    For garnish you can file a boiled rice or fried vegetables (peppers, green beans).
