The feature of this barbecue
is that in the marinade is present pomegranate juice. It’s a distinctive bitterness
and acidity along with other components give the already high-quality
meat extra juiciness, softness and aroma.
- Pork neck 1500 g
- Tomato 3 PCs
- Tomato sauce 4 tbsp
- Red onion 4 PCs
- Green onions 1 the beam
- Fresh Basil 1 the beam
- Pomegranate juice 150 ml
- Black pepper freshly ground 1 tsp
- Seasoning hops-suneli 1 tbsp
How do we prepare special skewers of pork neck? Beautiful neck (we want a nice kebab, it means that the neck should be beautiful) cut into cubes weighing up to 80 g.
Clean the red onion and cut into half rings. Tomatoes – on ring. Green onions, fresh Basil cut into large. Mix and mash with your hands. Pour into a bowl with meat and mix well.
Mix tomato sauce, pomegranate juice, hops-suneli, pepper black pepper. Pour the mixture into the meat and stir.
Cover the bowl or pan with the marinated meat, cover and leave for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Then, shaking off the vegetables and herbs (they burn on the grill), take the neck pieces on the skewers.
Fry at a height of 10-12 cm from the coals. Constantly turn over every thirty seconds-a minute to the meat cook evenly and not burn.
