Pork steak on the fire - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Pork (pulp on bone)

    4 kg.

  • Marinade is a “Universal” TM “PAPRICHI”

    1 PCs (400 g)

  • 1.

    Marinade for meat (slices with thickness up to 1.5 cm) with signature marinade “Universal” for 30 minutes.
    A bottle of marinade for 4 lbs. of meat.

  • 2.

    Put marinated meat on the grill, fry on each side for 4 min for a good rare to medium rare for 3 min.
