Pork ribs, as
flesh pork, you can cook on the grill. But they were really
ready for food, need to pre-bake them in the oven to soften,
wrapping in foil. On the grill they are roasted but in addition to
amazing crust, generously doused with the prepared sauce.
- Pork ribs 1500 g
- Spices for barbecue 2 tbsp
- For the sauce:
- Onion 1 PCs
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Tomato sauce 100 ml
- Dark beer 200 ml
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ground red pepper 1/3 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Olive oil refined 3 tbsp
- Potato starch 2 tbsp
- Water 1/3 glass
How do we cook pork ribs with sauce on the grill? These are the ribs we cook today. If necessary, remove knife dirt or even wash under running water. Dry with paper towels.

Bake in the oven in foil at a temperature of 120 degrees for 2 hours.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Olive refined oil lightly fry chopped onion and garlic, add tomato sauce, beer, spices, salt, honey. Stir and pour the starch, stir in water. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. The sauce is ready.
