Pork ribs in Vietnamese - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Pork ribs (young meat to cook faster)

    1 kg

  • Fish sauce from Sen Soy Premium

    75 ml

  • Sugar

    1/2 Cup

  • Water

    1/2 Cup

  • Lemon

    1 PC.

    Place the sugar in a pan with a thick bottom. Add a quarter Cup of water and lemon juice, leave to soak for 2 minutes, Turn the stove to medium and warm until then, until the sugar melts.
