In general, kebab is fried
charcoal meat in the form of minced meat on skewers. Stuffing should be well knead in
for 15 minutes, so that it becomes viscous and does not fall apart. Skewers for cooking
This dish should be wide. If it so happens that there is no barbecue nearby with
skewers, you can cook the same wonderful kebab in the oven.

How do we cook kebab without skewers in the oven? Add chopped onions and garlic to the ground beef, chopped finely chopped bunch of fresh cilantro.
Mix with large minced pork, gradually adding half a glass of cold water. Knead well, at least 15 minutes. Although we don’t have to fry minced meat on skewers, it should be viscous even when cooked in the oven.
Using our hands, we form long “cradles” of the type of thick sausages and put them in a baking dish in the oven. Pour 120 ml of pure water into the mold around the “cradles”.
We turn on the oven to heat to a temperature of 180 degrees. We bake our dish in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. It turns out so juicy, soft and fragrant, and without excess fat!
Serve our kebab hot on the table. In a plate, you can add boiled or canned green peas, your favorite tomato sauce. We wish you a high vitality and Bon appetit!
