- Lamb 500 g (thigh)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Parsley 3 twigs
How do we cook lamb steaks in charcoal garlic sauce? No need to pickle lamb. We prepare the sauce from refined sunflower oil, salt, squeezed through a press of garlic and chopped parsley.
Smear the first side of the steaks with the sauce and spread it on the grill over the coals with the oiled side down. The grill is 10 cm above the coals. Lubricate the top side now.
Hold the bottom side over the coals for 1 minute and turn the top side down. Lubricate the bottom side of the sauce, which is now on top.
We continue the process of turning and lubricating every minute. The lamb should not burn, it is very tender meat.
In total, we fry the meat for 7-8 minutes. We shift to a wooden board, with which we will eat in a couple of minutes, when the burning heat leaves.
We cut the steak into slices and begin the fantastic process of eating incredibly juicy and soft steaks. You can still pour your favorite drink and cut fresh bread. Good communication to you and bon appetit!
