Composition of this hot tomato

- Dark beer 200 ml
- Tomato paste 2,5 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Honey 1,5 tbsp
- Bulb onions 1 PC.
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Chilli 3 cm
- Refined olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Corn starch 1 tbsp
- Water fifty ml
How do we cook spicy sauce for meat on charcoal? Peel the onions and garlic cloves. We remove the seeds from hot red chili peppers. Finely chop all the ingredients and pass for a short while in the heated olive oil.
You do not need to overcook. Now we spread the tomato paste and distribute it with a spatula in the oil-vegetable mixture.
Add honey, salt, soy sauce and pour beer. Stir everything and bring to a boil.
We dilute corn starch with water and gradually pour into the sauce, stirring continuously. When the mixture boils, remove the pan from the heat.
