Chicken Chinese style with fried apples - ReCiPes

You will need

  • Fried chicken (duck or chicken)

    2 PCs

  • Sauce for marinating PEKING DUCK from Sen Soy Premium

    1 PC.

  • Rice vinegar from Sen Soy Premium

    1 tbsp

  • Apples sweet sour large

  • Red pepper

  • Carrots, small

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Fresh ginger

    Wash the chicken, remove any remains of feathers. Make a cut between the skin, fat and meat. Sauce-marinade PEKING DUCK stamps Sen Soy Premium pour first into the incision under the skin, well proportioned, then the entire surface of the legs. Marinate 2-3 hours

    If you are using chicken, you can marinate for 40-60 minutes.
