Simple curd cheese cakes for breakfast - ReCiPes

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese
    350 g
  • the eggs
    2 PC.
  • flour
    6 tbsp
  • vegetable oil
    5 tbsp
  • sugar
    2 tbsp

Cooking:

  • Put the cottage cheese in a pan and knead with a fork. Pour in chicken eggs, add granulated sugar, mix. Pour in wheat flour, mix again. Roll small balls from the resulting mass, roll and flatten in flour. Put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry cottage cheese pancakes for two minutes on each side until golden brown.
