Potato pancakes with cheese in a pan - ReCiPes


  • potatoes
    7-10 PC.

    50-100 g
  • bulb onions
    1-2 heads
  • garlic

  • Peel, wash, dry and grate potato tubers on a coarse grater. Drain excess fluid.
  • Separately, grate any cheese on a fine grater, chop onions, squeeze, using a press, garlic. Salt and pepper the mass to taste, drive an egg for a bunch. Stir, add wheat flour, mix again.
  • In a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil, fry potato pancakes, spread the dough with a spoon. It should turn out ruddy, golden, crust on both sides.
  • Finish potato pancakes with cheese under the lid, for several minutes.
