Kefir cupcake for tea - ReCiPes

Ingredients:

  • semolina
    1 glass
  • kefir
    1 glass
  • flour
    1 glass
  • sugar
    1 glass
  • the eggs
    1 PC.
  • soda
    ½ tsp
  • vinegar

Cooking:

  • Pour semolina with kefir, leave for 40 minutes.
  • Beat the egg, mix, pour in the soda, slaked with vinegar, sugar and flour. Mix the mixture with a blender, pour into molds, filling them in 2 3.
  • Bake semolina muffins for about 50 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
