To prepare the dough, mix a raw egg, sifted wheat flour, sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions. The dough should turn out semi-liquid. Pour the mass into a greased frying pan of medium size, put chopped sausages, straws of smoked sausage, slightly fried mushrooms.
Close the filling with thinly sliced tomatoes, make a “mesh” of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Russian cheese. Bake the Minutka pizza in a pan for 10 minutes over low heat, under a lid, until the cheese is melted.
