Fast yeast pancakes in milk - ReCiPes


  • milk
    250 ml
  • flour
    250 g
  • the eggs
    1 PC.
  • vegetable oil
    1 tbsp
  • sugar
    2 tsp
  • dry yeast
    1 tsp
  • salt



  • Combine yeast, warm milk, sugar, mix. Pour flour, stir, put in the heat for thirty minutes to raise the dough. Drive the egg into the dough, sprinkle with salt, put vegetable oil, stir, send to heat for another twenty minutes. Grease a hot pan with butter, put one of the pancakes, fry the yeast pancakes until golden brown.
